BENEFIT, Bahrain’s leading fintech and electronic financial transactions company, has announced its strategic roadmap for 2025-2026, unveiling a suite of exclusive, high-impact offerings designed to enhance user experience and support the digital financial ecosystem.
Key initiatives include new payment services and features tailored specifically for SMEs, and enabling cross-border instant payment interoperability through strategic collaborations with regional and neighboring countries. The roadmap emphasizes accelerating corporate growth by forming partnerships with artificial intelligence firms and boosting data monetization efforts.
BENEFIT also plans international expansion into select global markets, reinforcing its position as a key enabler of digital transformation across the financial services sector.

The roadmap was announced by Shafaq Al Kooheji, Assistant General Manager of Payment Services at BENEFIT, during the FS Horizons: Doubling Down on Digital event, hosted by the Central Bank of Bahrain in partnership with the Bahrain Economic Development Board. Ms. Al Kooheji highlighted the company’s advancements in digital payments, including a notable increase in instant payment activity reaching 23 transactions per individual per month in 2024.
