BENEFIT, Bahrain’s leading fintech and electronic financial services provider, announced its strategic roadmap for 2025-2026, featuring new payment services, SME-tailored solutions, and cross-border instant payment interoperability through regional partnerships. The plan emphasizes corporate growth via AI collaborations, data monetization, and international market expansion.
The roadmap aims to enhance secure, efficient payment solutions, promote a cashless economy, and support fintech talent development across Bahrain and the region. BENEFIT’s Assistant General Manager, Shafaq Al Kooheji, highlighted these advancements during the FS Horizons digital event hosted by the Central Bank of Bahrain and Bahrain Economic Development Board.
In 2024, BENEFIT reported a significant increase in instant payment activity, with an average of 23 transactions per individual per month, underscoring its pivotal role in advancing the digital financial landscape.
