Orange Jordan continues to strengthen its commitment to empowering persons with disabilities and promoting their digital and social inclusion through its umbrella program, “Differently Abled, Definitely Enabled.” As part of this effort, Orange Jordan supported a specialized training titled “The Art of Dialogue Management,” organized by Al-Ataa Club Sport for the Blind at the Orange Digital Village. The training involved more than 20 participants with visual impairments.
The program focused on enhancing participants’ understanding of the rights of persons with disabilities, especially those with visual impairments. It emphasized raising awareness about psychological and social challenges, promoting positive and inclusive language, and fostering a culture of constructive dialogue. Collaboration and mutual support were encouraged to reinforce equality and social justice values among attendees.
Additionally, the training incorporated the development of digital awareness campaigns and programs. Twenty percent of participants were selected to co-create podcast content with specialized producers, delivering impactful messages through innovative formats.
Through backing this initiative, Orange Jordan reaffirmed its dedication to digital inclusion and equal opportunity. The company believes that empowering persons with disabilities strengthens societal values of equality and tolerance, contributing to a more inclusive and just community.
