UAE and Côte d’Ivoire Strengthen Strategic Partnership with MoUs on Digital Innovation and Public Service Digitalization

On July 10, 2025, two non-binding memoranda of understanding (MoUs) were signed between the Emirati public company G42 Presight— a global leader in Big Data analytics— and Côte d’Ivoire’s Ministry of State, Ministry of Public Service and Modernization of the Administration, and the Ministry of Digital Transition and Digitalization. The signings took place at Abidjan’s Sofitel Hotel Ivoire during the inaugural Ivoire Tech Forum, chaired by Prime Minister Robert Beugré Mambé.

The first MoU establishes a framework for collaboration on modernizing public administration, while the second focuses on cooperation around Côte d’Ivoire’s national digital development strategy. Representing the Ivorian government were Minister of State Anne Désirée Ouloto and Minister Ibrahim Khalil Konaté. G42 Presight was represented by Sheik Muhammad Shameen Hosenbocus, Vice President of Sales and Business Development for Africa and Latin America.

The event was attended by the UAE Ambassador to Côte d’Ivoire, Ali Yousef Al Nuaimi, who represented the Emirati government. These agreements are part of broader efforts to deepen the strategic partnership between the UAE and Côte d’Ivoire in technological innovation and artificial intelligence.
