Zain KSA has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Cisco to develop AI infrastructure and GPU-as-a-Service (GPUaaS) tailored for the Saudi Arabian market. The collaboration will leverage Cisco’s comprehensive infrastructure solutions to build and scale secure AI workloads, supporting Zain’s expansion into the GPUaaS sector. The initiative aims to facilitate easier AI adoption across multiple industries by creating innovative solutions and commercial models.
The agreement also includes a focus on upskilling local talent through joint training programs, empowering government entities, businesses, and individuals to harness AI’s full potential in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030. Cisco and Zain emphasize that this partnership will accelerate digital transformation and position Saudi Arabia as a global leader in AI innovation and advanced technology adoption.
