El Gamal Group, a leading Egyptian conglomerate, has partnered with global hotel chain BWH Hotels to open a new four-star Best Western Plus hotel in Giza. The premium property will feature 100 rooms designed to international standards, along with recreational, sports facilities, and a commercial mall.
Strategically located directly opposite the Grand Egyptian Museum—one of the world’s most anticipated cultural destinations expected to attract millions annually—the hotel will be the first internationally branded property in this vibrant area. This offers significant investment potential combined with a comprehensive tourism experience.
BWH Hotels, headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona, operates across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Latin America, and Asia, making it one of the largest international hotel chains globally.
Construction of the hotel is scheduled to commence later this month, as announced during the signing ceremony attended by El Gamal Group Chairman Taha Al Gammal and Vice Chairman Mohamed Farouk Hafeez.
The agreement is a five-year sub-franchise contract aimed at establishing a strong and long-term partnership between the two companies.
