Presight and Tajikistan’s Ministry of Industry Sign MoU to Advance AI Collaboration

Presight, a global AI and big data analytics company majority-owned by Abu Dhabi-based G42, has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Tajikistan’s Ministry of Industry and New Technologies to establish a strategic partnership aimed at growing Tajikistan’s AI ecosystem.

The MoU outlines plans to collaborate on piloting AI-powered government and enterprise solutions in critical sectors including smart cities, energy, and cybersecurity. A joint working group will be formed to coordinate pilot projects, facilitate technology transfer, and explore AI-driven innovation across the country. The partners will also evaluate AI-based operational solutions for vital infrastructure such as Dushanbe International Airport.

The collaboration highlights strengthening economic and technological ties between Tajikistan and the UAE, reflecting Presight’s dedication to accelerating digital transformation in Central Asia.

Sherali Kabir, Tajikistan’s Minister of Industry and New Technologies, stated, “Our nation has pioneered the full AI supply chain—from green AI compute to synthetic data applications and AI education. We see Presight as a key partner for Area AI, our global AI technopark, with plans for joint deployments in smart cities, industry, and infrastructure.”
