Zain’s Sixth Summer Program Engages Students in Hands-On Training Across Media, Operations, and Customer Service

KUWAIT — Participants in the sixth edition of Zain’s Summer Program continue their immersive training journey across diverse professional environments. Designed to equip students with practical skills and real-world experience, the program prepares them for the evolving job market within a dynamic private sector framework.

Recently, students experienced an insightful media session led by Director Ya’arub Bourahma and content creator Aws Ya’arub Bourahma, who shared personal stories and expertise on modern media strategies and creative message delivery.

To foster team spirit, Zain organized entertainment activities including kart racing and a shooting competition, promoting friendly competition and camaraderie among participants.

Currently, 35 university students from various disciplines are engaged in three key training tracks: Zain branches, media outlets Kuwait News and Kuwait Times, and a new operational and technical track with partner V-Thru. Fields covered include customer service, sales, digital marketing, content creation, journalism, and logistics.

The program, part of Zain’s Future University Network (FUN) platform, has trained over 220 students across six seasons, nurturing a qualified and creative generation ready for the digital economy.
