Global technology group e& has opened applications for its flagship AI Graduate Programme in the UAE, offering 100 new positions to Emirati university graduates. Now entering its fourth year, the 12-month initiative equips young nationals with digital, technical, and leadership skills to drive the UAE’s knowledge-based, innovation-led economy.
Since 2021, e& has hired and trained over 284 graduates through the programme, recently celebrating 25 new alumni. The training spans AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, product development, HR, and business strategy, combining hands-on projects, mentoring, and leadership development.
The programme supports e&’s Emiratisation goals, aligned with the national target of 60% Emirati workforce representation by 2030. In 2024, women made up 62% of new hires through the programme, contributing to an overall female participation rate of 81% since launch.
