BENEFIT, a leading fintech and electronic financial transactions company in the Kingdom, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with General Assembly Bahrain to foster national talent development and enhance capabilities within the tech sector.
The partnership grants BENEFIT access to General Assembly’s pool of trained professionals for recruitment and enables sharing of job openings to streamline candidate matching. The agreement also includes specialized training programs such as career development, accelerators, part-time courses, and bootcamps focused on tech disciplines.
The collaboration will extend to organizing joint events, participating in career fairs, hosting guest speakers, and working on UX Design Capstone projects, as well as marketing initiatives.
At the signing ceremony held at the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF), BENEFIT’s CIO Reyadh Almearaj emphasized the partnership’s role in strengthening the connection between training and employment, equipping technical teams with advanced skills to drive institutional excellence and innovation.
General Assembly Director Ahlam Oun highlighted the MoU as a model aligning training with real-world employment opportunities, enhancing BENEFIT’s workforce capabilities to support its ongoing digital transformation and growth.
