Xtelify, Bharti Airtel’s fully owned subsidiary managing digital assets, has launched Airtel Cloud—a sovereign, telco-grade cloud platform designed to handle 1.4 billion transactions per minute for Airtel India. Built on next-gen sustainable data centers with AI-driven provisioning and managed by 300 certified cloud experts, Airtel Cloud offers IaaS, PaaS, and advanced connectivity with secure migration, effortless scaling, lower costs, and no vendor lock-ins.
Alongside, Xtelify unveiled an AI-powered software platform service aimed at simplifying telco operations globally, enhancing customer experience, reducing churn, and increasing ARPU. The platform includes a converged data engine for AI insights, a workforce platform for real-time task management, and a customer experience platform to manage the entire customer journey.
Xtelify has secured three global partnerships to deploy its platform services: with Singtel in Singapore for AI-powered field team tools; with Globe Telecom in the Philippines for advanced AI-driven customer services; and for Airtel Africa, providing software platforms to support a 150,000-strong field team across 14 countries, offering market insights, spam and fraud protection, and omnichannel customer engagement.
