Qatar Launches Nominations for 9th Qatar Digital Business Award 2025

DOHA: The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has opened nominations for the 9th edition of the Qatar Digital Business Award (QDBA) 2025, with submissions accepted until August 24.

The award aims to recognise and promote innovation and creativity in digital projects, reinforcing Qatar’s leadership in telecommunications, IT, and digital innovation sectors.

This edition highlights excellence across 13 categories, including Best Digital Transformation (Corporate and SME), Best AI Solution, Best Digital Experience, Best ICT Service Provider, Best Startup, Best Scale-Up, Research and Development Excellence, Best Smart Solution, Best Cybersecurity Solution, and Entrepreneur of the Year.

Reem Al Mansoori, Assistant Undersecretary for Digital Industry Affairs at MCIT, emphasised QDBA’s role in driving Qatar’s Digital Agenda 2030 by fostering a competitive and innovative digital economy through this national initiative.

The award features a rigorous evaluation by an independent expert panel, with five finalists per category presenting before winners are announced at the official ceremony.
