The agreement brings together the renewable energy expertise of Desert Technologies and the industrial strength of AlKhorayef to accelerate the development of smart infrastructure solutions that support Saudi Arabia’s economic diversification goals under Vision 2030.
The partnership sets out a framework for joint commercial projects, technology integration, and resource sharing, enabling faster market entry for new products and services across local and regional markets. This collaboration aims to enhance industrial growth while creating advanced solutions for vital sectors including energy, agriculture, and utilities.
Mohammed G. Aljashaam, CEO of AlKhorayef Industries, said the partnership represents “a significant step toward developing integrated, innovation-driven, and high-quality services and solutions aligned with Vision 2030.” Khaled Ahmed Sharbatly, CEO of Desert Technologies Group, added that the initiative would help develop intelligent systems to strengthen the Kingdom’s transition to a diversified, sustainable economy, while opening new opportunities in local manufacturing, technology transfer, and job creation.
By combining strengths, the two companies aim to position Saudi Arabia as a regional hub for smart infrastructure innovation, bolstering its leadership in renewable energy and industrial technology.
