Presight and Dow Jones Factiva Partner to Develop AI-Powered Risk and Compliance Solutions

Abu Dhabi – Presight, a global AI and big data analytics leader, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dow Jones Factiva, a trusted source of regulatory-grade risk intelligence, to co-develop a new class of AI-native risk and compliance solutions.

The collaboration aims to fuse Factiva’s regulatory, legal, and sustainability intelligence with Presight’s sovereign AI infrastructure and agentic AI capabilities. Together, they plan to deliver next-generation systems tailored for financial institutions, regulators, and sovereign entities navigating increasingly complex global risks.

Next-Generation Risk Solutions
The partnership envisions solutions that harness generative AI, explainable models, and real-time contextual reasoning, enabling risk and compliance teams to anticipate and mitigate threats proactively. These tools will be deployed in sovereign-grade environments ensuring strict adherence to national data residency and security standards.

Initial flagship solutions under development include:

  • KYC & UBO Agent – tracing hidden ownership structures across borders.
  • Sustainability Tracker – monitoring compliance breaches, controversies, and evolving ESG regulations.
  • Legal & Policy Risk Agent – detecting enforcement trends and cross-border legal risks.
  • Adverse Media Monitoring – real-time, sentiment-aware reputational intelligence.
  • Sanctions Intelligence Engine – mapping indirect exposure to sanctioned entities via trade and ownership networks.
