Fintech Farm Launches Tezbank Neobank in Uzbekistan with Hamkorbank Partnership

Ukrainian fintech startup Fintech Farm, co-founded by monobank’s Dmytro Dubilet and two partners, has launched its mobile banking service Tezbank in Uzbekistan through a collaboration with Hamkorbank. The rollout marks Fintech Farm’s expansion into its fifth market, as the company continues to build a global footprint of branchless digital banks.

Tezbank operates entirely online, without branches, rent, or cash-handling expenses, focusing instead on an innovative mobile app and personalized digital support. Customers are offered free cards with credit limits of up to 50,000 soms and cashback rewards of up to 10%. The app also includes interactive features such as transaction reactions, greeting cards, bill-splitting, and a “shake-to-pay” option that allows payments without entering card details.

Fintech Farm’s long-term ambition is to establish neobanks in more than 50 countries worldwide. Beyond Uzbekistan, it currently operates in Kyrgyzstan, India, Azerbaijan, and Vietnam, with two new markets planned for launch this year. Morocco has been named among the potential upcoming destinations.
