Orange Egypt has signed an exclusive partnership with Enjaz Payment Services, one of Saudi Arabia and the Middle East’s largest fintech companies, to provide a seamless money transfer service from Saudi Arabia to Egypt via the Orange Cash wallet.
Through this collaboration, customers in Saudi Arabia can transfer funds through Enjaz’s 140+ branches or its digital platform directly to Orange Cash wallets in Egypt. The service includes special incentives such as a waiver of international transfer fees and a cashback reward of EGP500 (US$10.31) for recipients upon successful receipt of transfers.
The partnership strengthens Orange Cash’s growing international remittance network, which already supports transfers from Jordan, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, and Oman. It offers customers a fully digital, secure, and instant experience, with funds received directly into wallets. Beneficiaries can then use their balance for payments, purchases, bill settlements, or withdrawals without the need to visit branches.
Bassam Al-Eidi, CEO of Enjaz Payment Services, commented: “We value Orange Egypt as a strong partner with a wide customer base, which complements our extensive network of over 140 branches and more than two million users of our mobile app.”
The move underscores both companies’ commitment to enhancing cross-border financial inclusion and delivering fast, cost-effective digital remittance solutions for Egyptian customers.
