Kuwait to Introduce Advanced Security Technology Services for Public Access

KUWAIT CITY — The Interior Ministry announced that its Information Systems General Department will soon roll out advanced security technology services aimed at strengthening security operations and enhancing services provided to the public.

During an inspection visit, senior officials reviewed ongoing developments and highlighted the department’s commitment to efficiency, accuracy, and speed in delivering services. The upcoming systems are designed to streamline procedures and simplify access to security and administrative services through the unified government app Sahel and the ministry’s official website.

The ministry also reviewed current and future projects to further develop its technical infrastructure and improve integration across departments. These efforts are part of a wider strategy to align with international standards in security technology and digital services, ensuring Kuwait remains at the forefront of modern public service delivery.
