Egypt’s NTI Partners with FDSI and Digital Fortress EG to Train Youth for Digital Job Market

Cairo – The National Telecommunication Institute (NTI) has signed a cooperation agreement with Data Company – FDSI and Digital Fortress EG, reinforcing Egypt’s drive to equip its youth with future-ready skills in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and ICT. The initiative is part of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology’s broader strategy to prepare young Egyptians for the demands of the global digital economy.

Under the partnership, the three entities will collaborate to develop specialized training content aligned with both local and international labor market needs. Students and graduates participating in the Digital Egypt Youth Initiative – Ready for Employment program will gain four months of practical training in real-world corporate environments. Upon completion, they will receive vocational training certificates, boosting their employability.

Additionally, trainees enrolled in the Digital Egypt Youth Initiative – Career Start program will benefit from six months of supervised application projects, ensuring hands-on experience to prepare them for professional roles.

Founded in 1983, NTI has been at the forefront of ICT education, research, and consulting, serving as a key driver of Egypt’s Egypt 2030 vision for a digital society.

FDSI, with expertise in AI and data analytics, focuses on advancing decision-making across finance, governance, risk, and compliance. Digital Fortress EG, a leader in ICT solutions, provides integrated services to accelerate digital transformation and create advanced work environments.

The collaboration underscores the importance of public-private partnerships in shaping a digitally skilled workforce. By aligning with Egypt’s strategic priorities, it aims to foster a generation of professionals capable of competing in AI, big data, and ICT both regionally and globally.
