NextEra and ServiceNow Partner to Accelerate Digital Transformation in Saudi Arabia and MENA

NextEra, a joint venture between LTIMindtree and Aramco Digital, has entered into a strategic partnership with ServiceNow to advance large-scale digital transformation initiatives across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

As part of the collaboration, NextEra will establish a proximity centre at Imam Abdulrahman Bin Faisal University in Dammam, while ServiceNow will launch a Centre of Excellence dedicated to training and equipping the local workforce with digital skills.

The partnership combines ServiceNow’s intelligent workflow orchestration with NextEra’s service expertise, introducing Agentic Central offerings that leverage generative AI and agentic automation. These solutions are designed with an Arabic user interface and localized features tailored to the region’s unique business needs.

Key focus areas include the development of industry-specific platforms for energy, BFSI, the public sector, and giga projects, enabling organizations to modernize legacy systems, enhance CRM and employee experiences, and achieve new levels of operational efficiency.

Dina Aboonoq, CEO of NextEra and Executive VP at LTIMindtree, emphasized the partnership’s role in reimagining the digital future of enterprises in the Kingdom while creating jobs and nurturing regional talent. Saif Mashat, Area Vice President, MEA at ServiceNow, added that the collaboration demonstrates ServiceNow’s commitment to driving meaningful change in the Middle East by enabling customers with intelligent workflows and AI-powered solutions.
