The Azerbaijan Space Agency (Azercosmos) has signed a cooperation agreement with SS Creative Solutions FZE of the United Arab Emirates during IBC 2025, the global media, entertainment, and technology exhibition held in Amsterdam from September 12–15.
The agreement outlines the launch of a television broadcasting project in Pakistan, with video content transmission services to be powered by Azercosmos’ satellite infrastructure.
In a statement, Azercosmos noted: “This cooperation will contribute to the development of a reliable broadcasting infrastructure in the region and will further expand Azercosmos’ portfolio of international partnerships.”
The deal reflects Azercosmos’ growing role as a regional satellite leader and highlights the increasing collaboration between Azerbaijan and the UAE in the global space and communications sector.
