Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan (Pvt.) Ltd. has announced the 26th edition of ITCN Asia Karachi, the country’s largest IT and Telecom expo, scheduled to take place from September 23–25, 2025 at the Expo Centre Karachi.
Held under the Ministry of IT & Telecom’s Tech Destination Pakistan initiative and endorsed by the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), this year’s edition will be inaugurated by the Honorable Federal Minister for IT & Telecom, Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja. The event promises to be a milestone for Pakistan’s tech ecosystem, cementing its role as a hub for innovation and investment.
Last year, ITCN Asia secured over $500 million in MoUs, setting a strong precedent for cross-border partnerships. This year, organizers anticipate even larger deals and collaborations. The three-day event will host 50,000+ attendees, including global tech leaders, startups, investors, diplomats, and policymakers, all converging to accelerate Pakistan’s digital economy.
Delegates from over 25 countries — including the UK, Türkiye, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Jordan, Egypt, China, Malaysia, the US, and Australia — will participate, bringing global perspectives and opportunities for collaboration. With more than 700 exhibitors and 100+ foreign delegates, the expo will spotlight advancements in AI, cybersecurity, fintech, e-commerce, and 5G technologies.
Muhammad Umair Nizam, Group Director of Ecommerce Gateway Pakistan, highlighted the event’s significance: “Pakistan’s IT sector is not merely an industry; it’s the engine of our economic transformation, generating record exports, attracting billions in investments, and creating vital employment opportunities for our youth.”
Since its inception 25 years ago, ITCN Asia has evolved into a flagship platform, adapting to virtual and hybrid formats during the pandemic, and now returning stronger with broader accessibility. With its global participation, ITCN Asia Karachi 2025 is set to showcase Pakistan’s potential as a digital powerhouse and a magnet for international investment.
