Kuwait — Ooredoo Kuwait, a leading communications provider and part of the global Ooredoo Group, has launched its upgraded digital experience across web, mobile, and commerce platforms. The transformation, powered by Liferay’s open-source Digital Experience Platform (DXP) and implemented with support from Digital Processing Systems (DPS), enhances engagement for over three million customers through integrated, mobile-first digital journeys.
The initiative is part of Ooredoo’s broader Customer Management Systems (CMS) modernization program, which consolidates its public website, customer portal, and commerce services into a single digital architecture. The platform delivers integrated e-services, personalized user experiences, and seamless multi-device engagement.
Key enhancements include a headless CMS approach for faster content delivery, advanced analytics, cross-browser compatibility, social media integration, and 20 modular templates ensuring consistent engagement across all touchpoints. Hosted on a secure, cloud-based infrastructure aligned with Ooredoo’s internal cloud security protocols, the platform offers scalability, resilience, and continuity as demand grows.
With dual-language support in Arabic and English, along with personalization capabilities, Ooredoo is now better equipped to serve its diverse customer base. The overhaul addresses previous challenges such as fragmented content management and operational inefficiencies, setting the stage for more intuitive and responsive digital interactions.
