Following its exploration of custom APIs and automation at AU 2024, this year Dewan demonstrated how AI is reshaping the design and construction industry by not only augmenting workflows but also generating, automating, and accelerating them in real time.
A large Dewan delegation, led by CEO Ammar Al Assam, joined over 12,000 global experts, underlining the firm’s strong commitment to advancing digital innovation in architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC).
The firm’s shift highlights a paradigm change: whereas teams previously spent days coding scripts, Dewan’s AI tools now produce them in seconds. This transformation is eliminating bottlenecks, streamlining project delivery, and redefining operational efficiency.
At the core of this evolution is Quible, Dewan’s in-house BIM-to-AI tool. Quible is a fast-evolving multi-agent framework that leverages deep learning and large language models (LLMs) to power advanced data analysis and support smarter, faster design decision-making.
