e& is preparing to roll out the next generation of OneCloud, a hyperscale cloud platform powered by Oracle Alloy, delivering over 200 Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services tailored for organisations that must comply with strict regulatory and data residency requirements.
Hosted in UAE-based data centres, the platform promises low latency, high availability, AI-ready infrastructure, transparent SLAs, and pay-as-you-go pricing. Customers will also benefit from cloud advisory, migration support, and managed services.
The upgraded OneCloud features advanced networking for mission-critical workloads, seamless integration with private, public, and multi-cloud environments, and a single point of contact for support, billing, and managed services.
Khalid Murshed, CEO of e& Enterprise, said: “With OneCloud powered by Oracle Alloy, we are establishing a sovereign cloud fabric for the UAE’s digital economy. It brings the breadth of OCI together with local governance and the expertise of e& enterprise, enabling leaders to scale AI, modern applications, and data-led services at home.”
Richard Smith, Oracle’s EMEA Cloud Infrastructure President and GM, added: “The technology landscape is changing dramatically due to the growing importance of data sovereignty and localisation. Oracle Alloy enables partners like e& to deliver cloud and AI services while meeting local compliance requirements.”
