31 CONCEPT (31C), a UAE-based cybersecurity innovator, has announced the acquisition of Canadian firm Xynthor AI Software, a pioneer in AI-native Data Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions. The move strengthens 31C’s position in Deep Packet Intelligence (DPI), corporate security, and data sovereignty in an increasingly AI-driven world.
By merging Xynthor’s “DLP for the AI Era” with 31C’s DPI expertise, the companies will deliver a comprehensive AI-aware security platform designed to handle the dynamic data flows of modern AI workflows. This integration aims to address growing gaps in traditional DLP systems, which are often unable to safeguard against risks posed by generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
Xynthor’s technology brings several key differentiators, including NLP-powered detection for sensitive data, privacy-focused air-gapped architecture, context-aware intelligence to reduce false positives, protection for private large language models, and seamless regulatory compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and PCI DSS.
The enhanced platform will offer real-time policy management, adaptive threat detection, and behavioral analytics to mitigate risks and simplify compliance with current and upcoming AI governance standards. With the average global cost of data breaches exceeding $4 million, the acquisition positions 31C as a global leader in AI-native security solutions.
Misha Hanin, CEO of 31C, said the deal marks a paradigm shift: “Traditional methods cannot manage today’s context-aware AI data flows. Through this acquisition, we are pioneering an entirely new category of AI-native security solutions.” Boris Heismann, CTO of 31C, added that the integration will not only meet today’s cybersecurity demands but also anticipate future challenges.
Both companies will continue operating from the UAE and Canada, combining strengths to accelerate innovation, expand globally, and align with 31C’s performance-based growth strategy.
