Dubai Holding and Palantir Launch ‘Aither’ Joint Venture to Accelerate UAE’s AI Transformation

Dubai, November 4, 2025Dubai Holding, a leading global investment group with assets across more than 30 countries, and Palantir Technologies, a world leader in operational artificial intelligence platforms, have announced the creation of a joint venture (JV) named Aither, designed to drive large-scale AI adoption across the UAE’s commercial and public sectors.

The signing ceremony, held in Dubai, took place in the presence of Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding, and Mohamed bin Hadi Al Hussaini, Minister of State for Financial Affairs. The agreement was formalized between Amit Kaushal, Group CEO of Dubai Holding, and Noam Perski, Executive Vice President at Palantir.

18 Months of Proven Collaboration

The JV follows 18 months of successful AI integration within Dubai Holding’s portfolio, where Palantir’s platforms have already delivered measurable operational gains. By embedding AI across sectors such as real estate, hospitality, finance, and infrastructure, the partnership has improved decision-making speed, efficiency, and data transparency for leading entities including Nakheel, Meraas, and Jumeirah Group.

Building a National AI Powerhouse

Aither will serve as a national platform for AI deployment, accelerating digital transformation in alignment with the Dubai Economic Agenda (D33) — which targets AED100 billion in annual digital-driven economic output. The venture will help both government and private organizations harness AI for improved competitiveness, sustainability, and value creation.

By merging Dubai Holding’s deep market experience with Palantir’s advanced AI engineering capabilities, Aither will localize enterprise-grade AI excellence—including the development of local talent, governance frameworks, and operational standards for AI-driven innovation.

Strengthening UAE’s Global Leadership in AI

“Through Aither, we are extending proven AI capabilities to the wider market, supporting Dubai’s digital ambitions and the UAE’s goal to accelerate economic diversification and strengthen its global leadership in the digital economy,” said Amit Kaushal, CEO of Dubai Holding.

Alex Karp, CEO of Palantir Technologies, added: “We are proud to partner with Dubai Holding to empower institutions across the UAE with Palantir’s world-leading AI capabilities.”

Aither will operate under a clear national mandate, ensuring that AI adoption aligns with UAE Vision 2031 and the country’s broader strategy for digital transformation, talent localization, and knowledge transfer.
