Dubai Chamber of Digital Economy has supported the creation and expansion of 582 digital startups during the first nine months of 2025, reaffirming its mission to position Dubai as a world leader in digital innovation and entrepreneurship. Artificial intelligence led all sectors, accounting for 21% of supported companies, followed by HealthTech, SaaS, and FinTech at 17% combined. Notably, international firms represented 70% of the total.
Omar Sultan Al Olama, Minister of State for Artificial Intelligence, Digital Economy, and Remote Work Applications, said the chamber continues to build a business ecosystem defined by innovation, readiness, and agility to align with Dubai’s Economic Agenda (D33). The chamber’s “Business in Dubai” platform has been pivotal in helping 47% of startups through establishment and incubation support and 32% through business services.
Between Q1 and Q3 2025, the chamber released four major reports, including The Entrepreneur’s AI Playbook, and conducted 15 events and 16 global roadshows across 17 cities to promote Dubai’s digital strengths. These engagements, covering markets in Europe, Asia, North America, and Australia, connected the chamber with more than 2,140 startups, investors, and ecosystem partners, amplifying Dubai’s role as a global launchpad for digital enterprises.
