Ankara, November 12, 2025: Turkish telecom giant Turkcell has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Google to advance cloud technologies and expand Turkey’s digital infrastructure.
Under the agreement, Turkcell will invest $1 billion by the end of 2032 to enhance its data center capacity, accelerate cloud innovation, and support enterprise digital transformation across the country.
The partnership aims to leverage Google’s global expertise in cloud computing, AI, and data analytics while enabling Turkcell to deliver localized, high-performance cloud services to businesses and government institutions.
This move strengthens Turkey’s position as a regional hub for digital services, aligning with the nation’s long-term strategy to drive technological self-sufficiency and digital growth.
