Orange Jordan announced a major expansion of its network and service offerings during a press conference held in Irbid, reaffirming its commitment to driving digital transformation across the Kingdom. The company highlighted significant progress in enhancing coverage, improving digital services, and delivering new customer-focused products tailored to both individuals and businesses.
CEO Eng. Philippe Mansour emphasized Orange Jordan’s continued investment in digital infrastructure and customer experience, guided by a responsible, ethics-driven strategy. He noted the operator’s ongoing efforts to support youth through the Orange Digital Center in Irbid, contributing to sustainable community development and national digital growth.
Chief IT, Networks, and Wholesale Officer Eng. Waleed Al Doulat shared key infrastructure achievements, including Orange Fiber now reaching more than 136,000 homes in Irbid and 5G coverage extending to 70% of the governorate—with plans to reach nearly one million people. The company has also deployed new cellular sites to improve performance and expand services across more areas.
Chief Commercial Officer Samer Al Haj unveiled new mobile line packages under the name “Ma’ak,” along with exclusive 5G offers for members of the Jordanian Armed Forces. He highlighted a wide suite of home broadband solutions, including Fiber, 5G Home Internet, and Satellite Internet, as well as enhanced benefits through the ‘Max it’ Rewards Program. All services are available via Orange’s digital channels, shops, and field sales teams.
The event concluded with the launch of Orange Jordan’s new advertising campaign, reinforcing its leadership in delivering innovative digital solutions and investing in national talent. The company reiterated its mission to offer high-quality services that create value for customers and support the Kingdom’s broader digital transformation.
