LinkedIn launches “My Vision 2030” digital competition to empower Saudi youth

LinkedIn has launched a nationwide digital competition titled “My Vision 2030” to engage Saudi students and young professionals in expressing their ambitions and contributions toward Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 transformation. The initiative invites participants to create LinkedIn posts answering two questions: how they are supporting Vision 2030 in their field, and what their personal goals are for the year 2030.

Entries may be submitted through photo carousels, albums, or video posts accompanied by written narratives, covering three focus sectors: aviation, finance and banking, and health and quality of life. The competition runs for four weeks until December 15, 2025, under the patronage of King Saud University and in partnership with flynas, Banque Saudi Fransi, and Bupa Arabia.

Finalists will be recognized at an event hosted with King Saud University in January, and winners will receive prizes including professional training opportunities at partner companies, LinkedIn Premium memberships, personalized mentorship, and exclusive developmental benefits.

Ali Matar, Head of LinkedIn for the Middle East and emerging markets in Europe and Latin America, said the initiative reflects young Saudis’ strong participation in economic transformation and the expanding job and skill-building opportunities emerging from Vision 2030. King Saud University leadership emphasized the competition’s role in spotlighting innovative youth contributions and strengthening collaboration with private-sector partners to advance national goals.
