MCIT launches personal I-Score inquiry service on Digital Egypt platform

Egypt’s Ministry of Communications and Information Technology (MCIT) has launched a new personal credit report and score inquiry service on the Digital Egypt platform, in partnership with the Egyptian Credit Bureau (iScore). Announced during the 29th Cairo ICT exhibition, the service supports Egypt’s broader strategy to expand digital public services and strengthen financial inclusion.

The new feature enables citizens to securely access their full credit data—including credit facilities, credit score and overall creditworthiness—instantly through the Digital Egypt platform. By allowing users to review their financial obligations and monitor credit performance without visiting banks or service providers, the service enhances financial awareness and simplifies personal financial management.

Citizens can log into the Digital Egypt platform, navigate to the finance and credit services section, select the credit report inquiry service, and complete digital verification to receive their report immediately. The launch marks a major addition to Egypt’s growing digital government ecosystem, which now offers more than 200 online services.
