Orange Egypt has introduced Egypt’s first AI-powered job interview system in partnership with Shaghalni, marking a major shift toward smart, fully digital recruitment. The initiative enables young job seekers to complete virtual interviews through Orange branches nationwide, free of charge, using digital tools designed to streamline employment opportunities across the country.
Through dedicated QR codes placed in Orange outlets, candidates can activate free internet via the My Orange app, access the Shaghalni platform, choose their desired job category, and take an AI-powered interview that evaluates skills and matches applicants to suitable roles. Those who pass are invited for an in-person final interview with the hiring company.
The programme is supported by major employers including Mansour Group, Mars, Elsewedy Electric, Saint-Gobain and other key partners offering real and diverse job opportunities across multiple sectors. Orange Egypt states that the initiative aims to empower thousands of young Egyptians by providing fast, accurate and accessible pathways to employment through smart digital innovation.
