Global technology group e& has signed a strategic MoU with Motorola Mobility, a Lenovo company, forming a wide-ranging collaboration to advance AI-powered services and expand Motorola’s device presence across the Middle East.
The partnership focuses on co-developing AI applications and digital tools that enhance user experience, tailored specifically for regional markets. Leveraging e&’s extensive retail network, digital platforms, and wholesale channels, the two companies will work together to broaden the availability of Motorola’s devices, solutions, and services across e& subsidiaries—offering consumers more choice and greater value.
Both companies will co-invest in localized, AI-driven digital services while jointly executing targeted marketing initiatives designed for each market. The MoU also incorporates a shared commitment to sustainability, with plans to explore e-waste reduction and device recycling programs.
