A high-level Azerbaijani delegation, including representatives from the Ministry of Finance, visited Dubai as part of the financial cooperation Memorandum of Understanding with the UAE Ministry of Finance.
The meetings focused on exploring global best practices in public finance management and accelerating institutional and technical collaboration between the two countries. The UAE delivered detailed presentations on data-driven decision-making, analytics platforms for public finance, digital treasury systems, e-tax administration, public-private partnership (PPP) frameworks, electronic contracting, and financial control tools powered by digital platforms.
Azerbaijan is evaluating how these digital financial solutions can be adapted and applied to strengthen its own public finance and governance systems.
