e& UAE has selected Amdocs to integrate generative AI across its telecom operations, marking one of the most advanced AI deployments in the region’s telecom sector. Powered by Amdocs’ GenAI platform amAIz and supported by NVIDIA’s AI technologies—including NVIDIA AI Enterprise, NVIDIA NeMo, and NVIDIA microservices—the partnership aims to transform customer experience, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across multiple telco domains.
Through amAIz, e& UAE can rapidly integrate GenAI capabilities using a library of pre-built telco agents designed to automate workflows, enhance customer care, streamline retail operations, and strengthen network performance. The platform also offers telco-specific guardrails—such as auditing, role-based access control, and privacy compliance—to ensure safe, secure, and responsible AI adoption.
Amdocs’ collaboration with NVIDIA enables scalable deployment of advanced GenAI models, allowing e& UAE to match tasks with optimal AI foundation models for accurate, cost-efficient outcomes. This integration builds on previous joint work between e& UAE and Amdocs on AI-powered autonomous retail stores.
