Beyout Holding Company announced that the Kuwait Authority for Partnership Projects (KAPP) has accepted the technical proposal submitted by its subsidiary, Real Estate House, to redevelop and manage the Al Muthanna Complex in Kuwait City. Real Estate House is leading the bidding consortium, though the names of the other consortium members were not disclosed.
KAPP and the Ministry of Finance had earlier extended the bid submission deadline from 28 September to 28 October 2025. The project covers state-owned Plots 16 and 17 in Block 12 of the Qibla district, spanning a total area of 17,183 square meters.
Under the 15-year usufruct arrangement, the scope includes the rehabilitation, renovation, development, and full operational management of the complex, alongside both major and routine maintenance responsibilities.
The approval marks a significant step forward in the redevelopment process for one of Kuwait City’s well-known mixed-use commercial properties.
