ADN Telecom Limited has been awarded the Gold Award at the 12th ICSB National Award for Corporate Governance Excellence 2024 in the Information and Communication Technology category. The award was presented at a ceremony held at a city hotel, recognising the company’s continued commitment to strong governance practices and transparency.
Representing ADN Telecom at the event were Managing Director Henry Hilton and Company Secretary Md. Monir Hossain. The latest recognition builds on the company’s consistent performance in corporate governance, following its Gold Award win in 2022 and a Silver Award in 2023. The repeat recognition highlights ADN Telecom’s sustained focus on governance standards within Bangladesh’s ICT sector.
