Liwa, United Arab Emirates – 23 December 2025 —
Ford Middle East and North Africa has unveiled the new 2026 Ford Everest at the Liwa International Festival, introducing a Middle East-exclusive 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine and revealing the regional debut of the Everest Tremor. Showcased before festivalgoers and off-road enthusiasts, the new Everest lineup is engineered to meet the region’s demanding driving conditions while expanding Ford’s adventure-focused SUV offerings.
The 2026 Ford Everest introduces a newly developed 2.7L V6 EcoBoost engine delivering 355 horsepower and 500 Nm of torque, paired with a 10-speed automatic transmission. Designed specifically for regional requirements, the powertrain provides confident off-road performance, strong towing capability, and everyday drivability across city roads, highways, and desert terrain.
Ravi Ravichandran, President of Ford Middle East and North Africa, said:
“The unveiling of the 2026 Ford Everest marks a new chapter for Ford in the region under our Ready. Set. Ford. direction. For more than 40 years, we’ve listened to our customers across the Middle East, and the new Everest reflects what they expect from a modern SUV—capability, everyday comfort, and advanced technology, ready for the city, the highway, and the dunes.”
The 2026 Everest range now includes Active, Sport, Platinum, and the newly introduced Tremor variants, offering customers broader choice while bringing V6 performance to the Everest lineup for the first time in the region.
Making its regional debut at Liwa, the Everest Tremor is engineered for enhanced off-road capability. The model features 17-inch all-terrain tires and Bilstein suspension, reinforcing Ford’s four-wheel-drive heritage. Everest Tremor joins Ford’s growing Tremor family in the Middle East, alongside the F-150 Tremor and Expedition Tremor, extending adventure-ready capability to families seeking versatility for daily driving and weekend exploration.
Ford also used the Liwa International Festival to introduce its new regional brand identity, “Ready. Set. Ford.” More than a tagline, the identity reflects Ford’s belief that life is an adventure and underscores the brand’s renewed focus on connecting performance to purpose. The initiative highlights Ford’s long-standing commitment to the Middle East and its mission to deliver vehicles built for real customer needs across diverse environments.
Ford Middle East and North Africa’s presence at Liwa reinforces more than four decades of regional commitment, with a continued focus on delivering vehicles capable of performing across urban landscapes, highways, and off-road terrain.
