Mobily has marked its 20th anniversary by unveiling a new long-term brand platform titled “Ever Closer – منك أقرب”, developed in partnership with FP7 McCann Riyadh. Rooted in Saudi cultural truth and human connection, the platform reflects Mobily’s heritage of customer-centricity while setting the foundation for its next phase of growth as a technology, media, and telecom player aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
The campaign was created following a competitive agency pitch and draws on the insight that closeness creates a shared, unique language between people. This idea anchors the platform’s central message: “تنولد بينا لغات أكثر، كل ما كنا أقرب” (“A language only we know, as we come ever closer”). FP7 McCann Riyadh translated this insight into a visual and narrative system designed to resonate emotionally with audiences across the Kingdom.
More than a celebratory campaign, “Ever Closer” represents a strategic evolution for Mobily, reinforcing its ambition to move beyond traditional ICT services toward delivering intuitive, personalized, and anticipatory digital experiences. The platform connects Mobily’s legacy with future-focused innovation, enabling the brand to redefine what meaningful connectivity looks like in a digitally mature Saudi market.
The launch was supported by one of the largest media investments in Mobily’s history, with nationwide deployment across out-of-home media, television, video-on-demand platforms, digital and social channels, retail spaces, airports, metro systems, and internal communications. FP7 McCann Riyadh led the 360-degree rollout, including the hero brand film and a full suite of campaign assets.
Mobily leadership emphasized that the platform reflects the company’s long-standing promise to customers while creating space for future growth. FP7 McCann executives highlighted the collaboration as an example of insight-led creativity grounded in local culture, positioning the campaign as a milestone moment for both the brand and Saudi storytelling in advertising.
Mobily was founded in 2005 and rapidly became one of Saudi Arabia’s most influential telecom brands, achieving one million customers in under 90 days and pioneering several network innovations. Today, it covers 99 percent of populated areas and plays a key role in national digital infrastructure through fiber, data centers, and global connectivity partnerships.
