Saudi Arabia-based integrated facilities management provider Muheel has selected MRI Software to support its next phase of digital transformation, deploying advanced technology to modernise service delivery and operational efficiency. The move reflects the growing shift within the facilities management (FM) sector toward data-driven, predictive, and digitally integrated service models.
Under the collaboration, Muheel will deploy MRI Evolution, a comprehensive Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) platform that provides real-time visibility into asset performance, automated maintenance workflows, and enhanced lifecycle planning. The solution is designed to help Muheel anticipate client needs, optimise response times, and consistently deliver high service standards aligned with Saudi Vision 2030’s priorities around efficiency, sustainability, and digital enablement.
The rollout will follow a phased implementation approach, beginning with core capabilities such as asset management, maintenance workflows, and operational efficiency across Muheel’s B2B portfolio. Subsequent phases will introduce advanced functionalities including energy management, property management, B2C services, and IoT-enabled real-time monitoring and predictive maintenance. Together, these capabilities will form a fully integrated, next-generation asset management ecosystem.
By consolidating operational data through MRI Software’s digital infrastructure, Muheel aims to strengthen decision-making, improve workforce productivity, and increase service transparency through real-time dashboards, reporting, and proactive maintenance strategies. The platform is also expected to help extend asset lifecycles, reduce downtime, and deliver measurable performance improvements across Muheel’s portfolio.
