NCNP Completes Record SAP ERP Deployment in Saudi Arabia

The National Center for the Development of the Non-Profit Sector (NCNP) has completed one of the fastest enterprise resource planning (ERP) deployments in Saudi Arabia’s public sector, successfully implementing SAP S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors to modernise governance and operational efficiency. Delivered in partnership with Experts Vision Consulting (EVC), the project unified finance, procurement, and human resources onto a single digital platform.

The integrated system enables NCNP to manage financial oversight, procurement processes, and workforce operations with greater accuracy, transparency, and speed, supporting its mandate to strengthen the Kingdom’s non-profit ecosystem in line with Vision 2030. Abdulrahman Albabtain, General Manager of Strategy, Digital Excellence & Delivery at NCNP, said the deployment marks a milestone in building a modern, agile institution capable of delivering measurable national impact.

Within months of going live, NCNP recorded significant performance improvements. Financial processing cycles were reduced by more than 90%, automated approval workflows strengthened compliance and auditability, and procurement processes were fully digitised from requisition to supplier invoicing. The HR function, powered by SAP SuccessFactors, now supports over 22,000 employee requests and nine consecutive payroll cycles through automated systems. Unified data management and advanced analytics are also enabling evidence-based decision-making and long-term digital readiness.
