At the close of a milestone year, Orange Jordan has reaffirmed its position as a true responsible digital leader by delivering measurable progress across digital infrastructure, customer experience, sustainability, and social impact. The year reflected the company’s ability to translate strategic vision into tangible outcomes through continuous innovation, smart investment, and a customer-first approach.
Orange Jordan continued to strengthen its network infrastructure across the Kingdom, expanding fiber-to-the-home services and extending 5G coverage to nearly 70 percent of Irbid Governorate. These efforts were highlighted during a press conference announcing network upgrades and new customer offers, reinforcing the company’s commitment to reliable, high-quality connectivity nationwide.
The company’s infrastructure investments were recognized with the Fastest Fixed Internet – Fiber award in Jordan for the third consecutive year, based on SpeedChecker certification. Orange Jordan also achieved the global Tier III Design Certification for Data Centers for its Hashem Data Center and inaugurated the Kingdom’s latest secure and sustainable data center in Ain Al-Basha, under the patronage of the Minister of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship.
Orange Jordan further reinforced its commitment to sustainability and employee well-being by renewing ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 certifications, underscoring its adherence to international standards for occupational health, safety, and environmental management.
On the digital services front, Orange launched the Max it application, Jordan’s first integrated digital platform enabling customers to manage services, access offers, and engage with digital solutions seamlessly. The company also officially introduced satellite internet services for the first time in Jordan, expanding connectivity options and supporting digital inclusion, particularly in remote areas.
Customer-centric innovation continued with the launch of the “Maak” lines, offering free 5G services alongside enhanced rewards, directly reflecting customer feedback and reinforcing Orange’s approach of transforming customer insights into practical solutions.
In digital financial services, Orange Money marked its fifth anniversary by becoming the first e-wallet in Jordan to obtain a Visa Partner License. The platform also strengthened partnerships with the Jordan Armed Forces and the Consumer Military Corporation, enabling digital disbursement of financial entitlements and supporting financial inclusion.
Orange Jordan maintained its role as a trusted national digital partner by renewing long-standing collaborations with the Jordan Armed Forces and expanding partnerships with leading public and private institutions. Its “My Customer My Boss” campaign continued across governorates, while the renewal of COPC certification highlighted its commitment to world-class customer experience standards.
The company advanced digital inclusion and diversity through initiatives such as the Digital Solutions Hackathon for Tourism for Persons with Disabilities, the Inspiring Change Award 2025 supporting women in technology, and recognition within the Diversity Leaders Awards for the ICT sector.
Entrepreneurship and innovation remained central to Orange Jordan’s agenda, with 14 projects graduating from the Orange AI Incubator, the incubation of 100 entrepreneurial ideas through national hackathons, and continued support through programs such as the Orange Social Venture Prize and Startup Growth Acceleration initiatives.
Youth empowerment efforts expanded through the Coding Academy at the Orange Digital Center, digital skills programs, career days, and innovation challenges. By the end of the year, more than 63,750 certificates had been issued to over 23,500 participants, reflecting the growing impact of Orange’s education and empowerment initiatives.
Beyond technology, Orange Jordan reinforced its community presence through cultural and national initiatives, employee engagement programs, and environmental sustainability efforts, including cleanup campaigns and tree-planting initiatives.
