Orange Jordan Foundation, in collaboration with the ICON Institute, has successfully concluded the Startup Growth Acceleration Program implemented in the governorates of Karak and Aqaba. The program’s closing ceremony honoured participating startups and awarded certificates of participation, marking the completion of an initiative that supported 88 startups across diverse economic sectors.
Delivered through the Accelerators of the Orange Digital Center, the program offered a comprehensive suite of services, including advanced training, mentorship, networking opportunities, and logistical support. These services were designed to help startups refine their business models, strengthen operational capabilities, and accelerate growth.
Orange Jordan Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to empowering entrepreneurs by providing them with the tools and expertise required to achieve sustainable growth. The successful implementation of the program in Karak and Aqaba highlighted the foundation’s role in fostering innovation, enhancing business competitiveness, and strengthening Jordan’s entrepreneurial ecosystem.
The Startup Growth Acceleration Program in Karak and Aqaba was implemented as part of the Entrepreneurship for Sustainable Economic Development and Employment (E4DE) project. The initiative is led by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, and is commissioned by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development and the European Union, reflecting a shared commitment to innovation and entrepreneurship support.
