Cerillion has secured its largest contract to date after winning a £42.5 million (approximately US$57.1 million) agreement with Oman-based telecommunications operator Omantel.
Under the five-year deal, Cerillion will deliver its full BSS/OSS software suite alongside managed hosting services. The platform will support Omantel’s mobile, fixed-line, and broadband operations, serving enterprise, consumer, and wholesale customer segments.
Cerillion confirmed that it was selected following a competitive tender process against significantly larger BSS/OSS vendors, highlighting the strength of its technology offering and delivery capabilities.
Commenting on the agreement, Cerillion CEO Louis Hall said Omantel is undergoing a transformation into a regional technology player as it continues to expand Oman’s digital infrastructure. He noted that the project aligns closely with Oman’s Vision 2040 economic development strategy and reflects Omantel’s confidence in Cerillion’s software and managed services expertise.
The contract marks a major milestone for Cerillion and further strengthens its position as a key provider of next-generation BSS/OSS platforms for telecom operators pursuing large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
