Oman and Rwanda have signed a Memorandum of Understanding between the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and Oman Airports Company to strengthen cooperation in airport development and aviation infrastructure.
According to ONA, the agreement focuses on exchanging expertise in airport management and operations, while exploring opportunities for joint investment in the aviation sector and related infrastructure.
The MoU aims to support knowledge transfer, enhance operational standards, and identify areas where both parties can collaborate on airport projects and future aviation developments. The partnership reflects a shared intent to deepen bilateral ties in transport and logistics, while leveraging experience to support sustainable growth in air connectivity.
The agreement also opens the door for joint ventures and long-term collaboration in airport modernization, capacity expansion, and supporting services that contribute to economic development and regional integration.
