Digital City Bahrain has appointed Brewer Smith Brewer Group (BSBG) as the design architect and lead consultant for Trio Park, the first phase of Digital City Bahrain, to be developed at the Beyon Campus in Hamala.
Under the agreement, BSBG will design Trio Park, comprising three circular buildings with a total Gross Floor Area of approximately 39,000 sq m. The development will feature private internal courtyards and will serve as the new headquarters for Beyon Group and BNET (Bahrain Network), the project’s joint anchor tenants.
The design will also incorporate new retail and food and beverage outlets, along with extensive publicly accessible landscaped areas for employees and visitors.
With nearly 50 years of design leadership in the region, BSBG brings a distinguished portfolio that includes a recent collaboration with Foster + Partners on the award-winning ICD Brookfield Place, and the design and delivery of DMCC Phase 2 in Uptown Dubai.
The agreement was signed by Daniel Dugina, CEO of Digital City Development Company, and Alistair McMillan, Managing Partner at BSBG, in the presence of Digital City Development Company Chairman Faisal Al Jalahma and senior representatives.
Al Jalahma said the appointment reinforces Digital City’s commitment to delivering the next evolution in workplace design in the region, promoting employee wellness, collaboration and productivity. He added that Trio Park will set the experiential standard for the wider Digital City ecosystem, supporting partnership and innovation within Bahrain’s growing digital economy.
McMillan said BSBG is proud to shape the architectural vision for Trio Park, describing it as a project centred on innovation, connectivity and design excellence.
The wider Digital City development is progressing, with efforts underway to secure end-users and tenants for the third ring of Trio Park, completing Phase 1 of the project.
The design vision emphasises business clustering to enable connectivity, innovation and shared services, while delivering a world-class workplace.
Digital City is positioned as a technology and innovation ecosystem designed to drive ICT-sector growth in Bahrain, aligned with national digital transformation and economic diversification objectives. The development is built on advanced smart infrastructure and ESG principles, with Trio Park anchoring the ecosystem and setting its architectural and experiential benchmark.
