KD 342.5 mn stc’s revenues for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 with KD 34.1 mn net profit

Kuwait Telecommunications Company (stc) reported strong financial and operational performance for the year ended 31 December 2025, posting revenues of KD 342.5 million and net profit of KD 34.1 million. The results reflect sustained growth across consumer and enterprise segments, improved operational efficiency, and continued investment in digital transformation and advanced technologies.

stc CEO Eng. Muataz Abdullah Aldharrab said the company maintained market leadership despite global economic and geopolitical challenges, supported by a flexible operating model, expansion of integrated digital solutions, and the rollout of 5G Advanced services. During the fourth quarter of 2025, stc completed several 5G Advanced–enabled projects and received multiple awards for digital transformation, workplace excellence, and corporate governance.

Revenue grew 1.8% year-on-year, driven primarily by the Consumer segment, which contributed 77.8% of total revenues, while the Enterprise segment accounted for 22.2%. EBITDA rose 9.6% to KD 93.5 million, the highest level achieved in several years, supported by higher revenues and enhanced efficiency. Net profit increased 8.7% compared to 2024, reflecting effective cost management and balanced investment planning.

As of 31 December 2025, stc’s total assets stood at KD 479.2 million, with shareholders’ equity of KD 239.6 million. The Board of Directors recommended cash dividends of 38 fils per share, subject to shareholder approval, underlining confidence in the company’s financial strength and future growth prospects. stc’s customer base reached 2.3 million by year-end, reinforcing its position as a leading digital and ICT provider in Kuwait.
