Orange Jordan marks International Day of Education with digital inclusion workshop for persons with disabilities

Orange Jordan hosted an awareness session at its Innovation Hub under the theme “Differently Abled, Definitely Enabled” to promote inclusive education and digital culture for persons with disabilities.

Held to commemorate the International Day of Education, the workshop focused on addressing challenges faced by youth with disabilities, including limited access to assistive technologies, gaps in digital skills training, and barriers within traditional educational environments.

The session targeted two key groups: trainers from educational institutions, vocational centres, and civil society organisations, as well as youth with disabilities aged 18–35. The aim was to strengthen awareness of inclusive education practices among trainers while equipping participants with practical digital tools to support learning and career development.

Discussions covered strategies for improving accessibility in the digital era, developing inclusive training content, and aligning educational practices with international standards. The workshop was delivered in partnership with Ablers, a company specialising in inclusive education and disability integration.
