Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has established a new subsidiary in Morocco, positioning the country as a nearshore delivery hub for French-speaking European markets while aligning with Morocco’s Digital 2030 national transformation agenda.
Incorporated on January 23, 2026 as Tata Consultancy Services Maroc SARL AU with an initial capital of MAD 2.5 million, the entity will deliver a full portfolio of digital transformation services including application development, data and AI transformation, infrastructure engineering, enterprise platforms, and cloud services.
The move strengthens TCS’s ability to serve clients across Europe by combining time-zone proximity with French language capabilities, making Morocco an attractive base for continental IT delivery.
Beyond serving international clients, TCS indicated plans to collaborate with Moroccan public institutions and local enterprises to advance the country’s digital priorities. Focus areas include smart public infrastructure, e-governance platforms, digital identity systems, cloud migration, and cybersecurity modernisation.
