RIYADH — Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA) reported net profits attributable to shareholders of SAR 604 million for the full year 2025, marking a 1.34% increase compared to SAR 596 million recorded in 2024.
The company’s earnings per share (EPS) rose slightly year-on-year to SAR 0.67 from SAR 0.66, while total revenues reached SAR 10.98 billion, reflecting a 5.96% increase from SAR 10.36 billion in the previous year. The results indicate steady revenue growth alongside modest profitability gains as the operator continues to expand its services in a competitive telecom market.
Zain KSA’s board also recommended cash dividends totaling SAR 449.36 million for 2025, representing 5% of the company’s capital. Subject to shareholder approval, eligible shareholders will receive SAR 0.50 per share, with eligibility and distribution dates to be announced later.
Earlier in the year, the company reported strong performance during the first nine months of 2025, with net profits rising 15.83% year-on-year to SAR 373 million, highlighting continued operational momentum across the period.
